What is the shipping time?

Processing your order takes 1-3 business days (orders are not processed on the weekends), and then 1-4 weeks for delivery. Note: due to Coronavirus the delivery can take longer.



Where do we ship your product from?

Our office is located in London, UK. Our international warehouses are located in China, United States and Europe.



Do you provide product tracking information?

Yes, to receive your tracking number please contact us by email at . After processing your order that takes up to 3 days the tracking number will be available. Note: now it can take a bit longer due to Coronavirus.



Some items are missing in my order, what's going on?

If you have ordered more than one pair of shoes, there is a possibility that the shipments will take place from two different warehouses. In this case you will receive two separate deliveries. The rest of the order should be on the way arriving soon.


I received a damaged item. What can I do ?

We're sorry to hear that. Go to the Delivery and Returns page and there you will find instructions on how to proceed. Please follow the instructions and we will send you a replacement item as soon as possible.


I still haven't received my order. Why does it last so long?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. If you still think you need help tracking your package or want to ask about it, please contact us by email at contact@rooobi.com.

Do you have a return policy?

We strive to resolve any problems our customers may encounter regarding their products. If you still want to receive a refund for your order, we can of course make a payment if the cancellation is made within 14 days of receipt.
