Delivery and Returns
Delivery is free of charge when order is placed on our website.
WHAT IS THE STANDARD DELIVERY TIME?
Please be informed that delivery time may differ depends on your country, product location and delivery company as we offer worldwide shipping option.
Usually we ship your order within 24-72h and the standard time for your package to be delivered is 7-28 days as we ship our products from different locations. However, be informed that your package can be delivered in 7 days minimum and 30 days maximum.
If your package is not delivered after 30 days, please contact us.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
If ask, you will be given an order tracking id or number by our support team as soon as possible.
We will send you needed data to track your order by e-mail if you will reach to us providing the following informations:
- Your name
- Order number
- Contact details
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item you have all rights to do so.
Please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days from receiving your order. Provide us with your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.
Returned items must be in original packaging including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that we sent it to you, and in their original packaging. Stains, folded cards, broken seals/ plastic foiling broken will not be accepted. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition we reserve the right to not refund or exchange. Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Returns made without receipt may be refused and Malpy reserves the right to deny it.
The cost of return shipment is your responsibility and is non-refundable. We advise to use a trackable shipping service.
WHAT IF THE ITEM(S) I RECEIVED ARE DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT/DAMAGED?
Please contact our Customer Support by reaching us by email or contact form on the site and to start the return or exchange process. Please include the following information:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Complete delivery address
- Contact telephone number
- Description of product fault and a picture
HOW LONG IS THE RETURNS PROCESS?
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
HOW LONG IS THE EXCHANGE PROCESS?
The process takes usually the same time as normal delivery: 7 to 28 days from the date the exchange is accepted by our CUSTOMER SERVICE.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank about when the credit will be visible on your account.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.
